Welcome to Rivera Apparel ("we," "us," "our," "the Company"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website riveraapparel.com (the "Site"), including any purchases made through it. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. General Information

Rivera Apparel is an e-commerce brand offering caps, bags, and related apparel accessories for sale through our website. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You also confirm that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately; however, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
  • Prices listed on the Site are in PKR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as noted at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) selected, subject to these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing/description, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout (e.g., Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other payment gateways).
  • Order confirmation via email or SMS does not guarantee product availability; you will be notified if an item cannot be fulfilled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout or via order confirmation and may vary based on your location.
  • Rivera Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly stated at checkout.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Items may be returned within 10 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Customized, embroidered, or final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

7. Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to logos, product designs, images, graphics, text, and the Rivera Apparel name and branding — is the property of Rivera Apparel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan
